Suggested Use:
Adults -- One (1) capsules daily with meal or follow the advice of your health care professional.

Each capsule contains 250 mg  L-Carnitine (as L-Carnitine Fumarate).

Other ingredients: Gelatin, rice powder, silica, and vegetable magnesium stearate.

Contains no yeast, wheat, gluten, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, soy.   Contains no artificial colors or flavors.
