L-Lysine is an essential acid which cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained from dietary intake.  It plays an important role in the body's production of hormones, enzymes and antibodies; calcium absorption; building muscle protein; and sports recovery.

Suggested Use:  As a dietary supplement for adults,  take 1 tablet daily with the meal of your choice.

Each tablet 500 mg L-Lysine Hydrochloride.  Other ingredients include Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Calcium Silicate, Stearic Acid, and Magnesium Stearate.
