Secrets of Sleep
What's the secret to a good night's rest?
Regular exercise.
A University of Arizona College of Medicine study of 722 men and women showed that
participants who followed a regular exercise program reported fewer sleep problems.
Exercising one time per week, or walking just six blocks per day, was shown to be helpful.
There is one caveat, however: vigorous
exercise up to two hours before bedtime can make it difficult to fall asleep.
Getting 6 to 8 hours of sleep per night can help you look and feel younger.
